NPC CJ CLASSIC RECAP!!

This past Saturday we sponsored a great local show in West Palm beach, FL. The CJ Classic took place at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. It was an awesome venue and turnout. We are so grateful for each one of you guys that came by the booth to give us a positive feedback and buy some of our apparel.

Our ambassadors Christopher Luke and Ryann Sheridan, competed at this event in Men's Physique and Bikini. Christopher took home the 1st Place trophy and Ryann took 2nd in her bikini Class. They both put in tons of hours of work in and out of the gym for 12 weeks straight so we couldn't be more proud of the team! The paragraphs below will share personal experiences about the show and how preparing for these competitions can help you to apply certain things in real life.

Ryann: This is my second top two placing since I've started competing. (3 shows total) Of course my focus is always to aim for first place but I'm honestly so proud of myself and all that I've accomplished since my first show in September 2017. I will just continue to work hard and get better with every show I do, it's a process. This sport has taught me so much about myself and I am so grateful for all the opportunities and people that it has brought into my life. Being a bikini competitor has really challenged my physical and mental abilities & has made me realize what I'm actually capable of (in day to day life as well) but most importantly, no matter what you're going through, that anything can be accomplished if you work hard and stay consistent.

Christopher: Had a blast at the CJ Classic. All around it was a great experience and I'm just glad that I managed to take home 1st place in the most competitive class at this show. Not only did I have a smooth prep leading up to this show, it actually helped me maintain more discipline and focus in and out of the gym. Can't wait to improve and see you guys son again!

Thank you for tuning in & we will see you guys on the next one!
